The one main aspect of my job that I love is the fact that I am on my own for the most part. I usually am teamed up with one other person and were are the bosses of ourselves while we ware on the road. We are simply given a schedule and told what to expect. It's a freedom that I take great pride in. Also, in some instances we are put in charge of hiring individuals and I like having a say in who will be working under me, rather than someone simply having a company send some help and we have no idea of the background.
