Responsibilities
I am incharge of a crew of almost 35. It is my job to train and follow up with each one to make sure what needs to be done is and is being done better and faster each time. Another is customers. I am big on customer service. My customers have to leave feeling better then how they felt when they first walked in my doors. If not then I feel as though I have failed.
