I am a motivated, responsible, friendly person who believes in setting a high standard of excellence in my profession. I would consider myself to be very energetic in the workplace, as I am happiest when I am very busy and mult-tasking. I entered my current job with no training, so I have no problem with being a self-starter, and enjoy learning new processes. This is the beginning of my sixth year at my current job. During my first year, after learning on the job for only a week or two, I was responsible for training another employee. My second year at my current job saw a promotion to Field Coordinator. I am now responsible for managing merchandisers at four separate locations.
