- Reviewing loans that are 6 months and older in reference to foreclosure. Looked to see last contact with borrower, what types of Loss Mitigation were offered. Reviewed Financial information for borrower if they were in system. Refered to process for forclosure or to hold off since a form of Loss Mitigation was in effect.
