As a District Manager I managed a team of Reps that provide merchandising servces to Home Depot stores.
I implemented a new planogram that increased sales on power tools by up to 6.5% in some stores.
This is a significant increase when you look at it district wide.
My territory was selected and succeeded as a test market for the new packdown program. The packdown program is implemented every 6 months and allows the merchandising reps to pull merchandise from the overheads and perform heavy packdown of shelves and stack out merchandise in alternate locations to help drive sales for Home Depot. This has saved Home Depot millions of dollars by preventing "lost" inventory in the overheads.
