CollapseResponsibilities

As a Lead Computer Repair Technician in a retail store my main responsibilities were customer service and floor management. Customer Service came into play dealing with our customers to ensure that teh services we provide meet the expectaions that they currently hold. Customer service is a key responsibility because it creates and builds trust in the relationship. Floor management is important because in a retail environment keeping your shelves stocked and neat is crucial to business. Customers form opinions based on the appearance of the store shelves and will discontinue patronizing a store if it continueally fails to have merchandise on hand. Floor management requires taking inventories on a regular basis. It requires placing orders to get product in a timely fashion. Product placement and restocking the salesfloor are some of the responsibilities affected by floor management.
