I was assigned to 36 Travel agencies who reported to me when they booked or needed to service a large group on a cruise. If they needed anything done, they came to me, mostly for special areas like cocktail parties and conferences that needed to be held onboard and coordinated with the shipboard staff. I also work with the interoffice Resolution Sailing Specialists who, if there is a problem getting needed space, contact the Captain or Cruise Director and negotiate what would be most benificial and awards the needed space to that group.
