I was working as the Assistant Administrator of a 61 unit Assisted Living and Residential Care Facility. I was responsible for accurate compilation of records as well as assuring state requirements were met, both employee and resident related. I handled Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. I was additionally responsible for production of the building newsletter with a mailing of over 500. I managed over 35 employees, met with residents, and reported to either the building Administrator or directly with management of the property management company. I was responsible for many aspects of start up, including setting up accounts, coordinating with the General Contractor, and assuring all building systems were working properly. I produced spreadsheets utilizing Excel and another proprietary program. I maintained the physical building, including basic to advanced repairs to the interior and exterior.
