My main role is to make sure the customer is satisfied after the sale. I manage support relationships for Fortune 1000 companies 24 currently. I keep on top of their issues through reviewing reports, person to person contact, weekly conference calls and handle escalations as required.
I have one of the lowest escalation rates of my peers in my company and I attribute that to the extensive communication I maintain with my customers.
