My last sales job was with AOL. I was in the retention department. People would call my department ONLY wanting to cancel. Within 5 minutes not only did 90% of my customers want to stay with AOL but I would talk them into staying for at least 1 year from that day.. it was the only way i could get comission above salary. i believed in the product (and still do) AOL ROCKS .. I was #1, 4 months in a row until AOL had a falling out of sorts :(
