Description
I've honestly never had a career before. So far I've only had jobs, and I want that to change. I used to work at a dollar theater and I was so motivated and dedicated to my work as a concessionist or an usher, that I was promoted to film projectionist within 2 months of working there. I was very proud of myself and I'll never forget how good it felt when my hard work was appreciated as well as awarded. The theater was shut-down a few weeks ago because the owner sold it to a gym. I want a job that is safe and secure. I want to find an employer who treats all employees with respect and kindness. I prefer managers/bosses who appreciate my efforts regardless of success or failure, rather than someone who has a negative attitude and is constantly putting others down. I feel employees are willing to work harder for someone that they respect as opposed to someone they are edgy around due to the fact that they yell and/or scream all the time. I'm the person at work who solves problems, who brings people together, and who end arguments. I'd like to be that person for you.
