Some of my immediate duties were maintaining the storage room where our merchandise was located, rotating stock so the closes dated material was always the first to sell. Changing and setting up of displays throughout the stores, maintain a good rapport with each store manager to ensure the store is up store their standards. Also maintained out going pre-dated advertising materials for several big accounts in the Richmond plant (i.e Best Buy, Sears, J.C. Penny, Bed Bath & Beyond and others). Other duties include picking up books from the pressroom taking them to shipping to be logged in the book before they are banded, and loaded in a trailer and transferred to our other warehouse. Other duties include banding pallets, loading and unloading trailers, staging pallets released from press, delivering materials to pressroom, assisting in quaterfolding books, checking in and out trucks and drivers, handling paper work for out going materials being shipped by truck and also operating a forklift.
