- Managing 25 employees in the dry end department. Overseeing planer production, lumber dried after treatment production, kiln schedule, and planer run schedule. Managing a boiler with a 24 hour work schedule. I also do some HR work. Including interveiws, handling clerical paperwork, and sending material to main office. I do weekly payroll and I do a weekly inventory. I also do a monthly safety walk through and record potential safety hazards.
