The two areas of a major responsibility in my most recent position that had a significant impcat on the job is when I was a Department Manager where I had to make a impact in my department to get the customers to notice it, and I did it and I had the managers and all the other employee talking about it for a very long time...That made me feel good to know that I drove sales up in the company by taking time to do it right.
