Highlights:

One of my career highlights was being part of an employee owned company from the start it was planned to take 5yrs+ to buy the company,after the first year we went from loosing money to a 45,000,000 profit and the second year paying it of,I was one of the people that implemented Demand Flow Technoligy which I was already changing things to in the machine shop before it was heard of.I think my other highlight was starting a buisness with a couple of associates manufacturing walk thru portale detector systems and with in 8 months blowing our established competition out of the water with my design and manufacturing everything on machinery I purchased with cash out of my pocket which was far bellow $10,000
