A CUSTOMER HAD CALLED COMPLAINING ABOUT A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT SHIPPED ON TIME AND I HAD TO SHIP HER PRODUCT WITHIN TWO DAYS WITH NO COST OF EXTRA SHIPPING AND HANDLING. 2.CUSTOMER HAD A COMPLAINT WHY HER ORDER WAS NOT PROCESSED AND I TOLD THAT HER CREDIT CARD HAD INSUFFICANT FUNDS ON IT AND SHE HAD TO TRY ANOTHER CARD, SO IT COULD BE PROCESSED.
