My major responsibility is to help my customer and at the same time save the company money. My supervisor had authorized me to offer a mad customer somewheres between a 25 and 50% discount off their order. My first offer was 10% which the customer rejected, I then offered 20% which they took. This saved the company between 5 & 30%.
