Highlights:

I learned how to trouble shoot technical problems with X Box 360 console using the knowledge base. This program allows an employee to find answers and steps to fixing any technical problem with the X Box 360 console. I also had training prior to working on the floor that taught me about all the aspects of the X Box 360 console and it's function. I also learned a lot of technical terms as far as knowing all the parts to the X Box 360 console. I used this knowledge to help customer resolve and technical problems with the X Box.

I utilized my previous training skills with trouble shooting using the knowledge base, tracking console shipments with the ups website, creating order repairs , and taking inbound calls on the X Box 360 account. I also helped customers with any problems or concerns regarding steps as far as trouble shooting and getting the X Box 360 repairs. I became familiar with different types of programs such as the knowledge base and i also learned how to use the UPS website to track shipments. I had to escalate calls and do a lot of cold and warm call transfering. I helped customers who were upset by listening to them while using the knowledge base to come up with a good solution to the problem. I did this job on a temporary contract for about four months. I worked nine hour shifts including overtime when needed. i took about 500 calls per night.
