Primary focus is on the Business Management Develops and implements service and operational strategies and goals to support Regional Service Operations
Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect field service related work at a company-wide level.
Supports field service related work issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge or organizational objectives as well as an understanding of company politics; influences the development of constructive relationships between departments and/or business units.
Establishes and adheres to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
Manages and supports the activities of Region's Service Operations.
Utilize a process-oriented problem solving approach such as PDCA, Six Sigma, etc. to resolve national level Direct service issue.
