As a Building Manager in the AOL LLC Building off of Kernan Blvd customer service was most important. Prior to the building closing there were almost 2000 employees working in the building working around the clock 7 days a week. The different departments were headed by two General Managers as well as a Director that I touched bass with on a daily basis. I also received complaints through email, work order as well as walk-ins. These were always categorized in order - Safety issues, Needs for the customer, Wants to better their environment, All others.
