Group Administration Specialist for the Electronic Commerce Dept., analyze report, differentiating members information for enrollment coverage of STD, LTD, LIFE, ADD and Dental on the AS400 system. Evaluating member’s information by comparing reports. Providing adequate updates to brokers, clients, group’s etc. I receive feeds every Mon., Tues., and Wed. to review the discrepancies to notify the group if we can place them in production for coverage and establishing when the 1st production file will be forwarded into our office with particular data thereafter to receive them. Administering both in-bound and out-bound call for dental providers and members. Assist with handling information on policies and claims. Responsible for reprocessing mishandled claims and promoting sales. Providing information to the insured, employer, members covered on the plan and dental facility on the covered benefits per plan DHA or DMO. I have obtained a supervisor position assisting the employees {80} within the call center, providers, and potential client under all circumstances and situations. I also obtained a position on the Electronic Commerce Team - updating profiles and retrieving reports of facilities members-groups to verify status and update old information manually to have data updated in the system to provide customer service with accurate date. Analyze accounts for termination of groups or individuals, facility and payroll deductions and all history of accounts. I became a part of the Community Investment Committee for 2005.
