I possess 34 plus years Law Enforcement, Security and Legal experience. I have performed at all levels (employee; first line supervisor; second line supervisor; management; training; inspections; instruction; investigations; etc.) I have received numerous rewards and accolades thorughout my career, and participated in such events as providing security for the 2005 Presidential Inauguration; supervising a security detail for the Kentucky Oaks and Derby in 2005, 2006 and 2007; supervising a security detail for a visit by the Vice Prsident; supervising a security detail for the Aloha Bowl. I have had the opportunity to perform in my career fields in numerous locations both overseas and in the United States. I have also performed as a Supervisor, Manager and Trainer at a munitions destruction facility. I presently am a first line supervisor with my employer and have also provided and coordinated training activities, scheduling, administrative duties to include the certification of pay for employees.

Supervision of the Kentucky Oaks and Derby details supporting Louisville Metro Police Department, as well as the Department of Homeland Security in 2006 and 2007. As Supervisor of these details it was necessary to establish and maintain communications with LMPD, the US Marshals, Churchill Downs Security, etc. to identify support requested, how we could provide them with assets that would assist them in successfully establishing and maintaining security for both the Oaks and Derby, determining personnel necessary and available to support the mission, briefing and training selected personnel supporting the mission, coordinating logistical support to aid in our successful contribution to the mission. Finally, supervising of our personnel in the performance of their duties. Our contributions to the successful accomplishment of establishing and maintaining security for the Oaks and Derby met with several laudatory comments from LMPD, Homeland Security and Churchill Downs personnel.
