I'm an intelligent hard-worker who strives for perfection in my work. I continually search for knowledge within my job, learning about the "behind-the-scenes" aspects. I usually end up knowing more about my department's processes than my lead and supervisor, as I keep in close contact with several other departments. I've actually learned more from other departments at work than my own, as I'm constantly asking questions. I don't wait to be updated from my superiors, as they're not very forth-coming with new information.
