Responsible for re-organizing three different sites of medical record departments, that included Pediatric, Adult Medicine, OBGYN, and Dental records. Staff re-filed approx. 15,000 health records to better facilite to our physicians for best servicing our scheduled appointments and walk-in patient. This process included implementation of new procedures, re-scheduling workflow, combining duplicate records and destruction of all outdated records between 1977 to 2007. Action completed in four weeks.
