Major responsibilities in my last position were customer care, because the majority of the individuals that I dealt with on a daily basis were elderly, or disabled, and a great deal of patience and understanding had to be utilized when advising them about thier medical benefits. The next are of responsibility that had the most impact was following up with patient accounts to make sure that customers were not going without thier medications. Often times other advocates would speak to someone and forget about them. In my case I would often check back with the customer or on the account to make sure they were going to recieve the medication they needed.
