I am an experienced customer service representative with extensive experience in helping customers with their problems, grievances, billing issues, and questions about their services for Sprint, WISC and Tmobile. I have 10* years of experience. I was responsible for accounts payable and receivable for WISC repair service techs, that serviced all Lowes' Home Improvement, UPS,and Fedex sites, nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii. I handled repairs for Sprint in Small Business/Home Business, Complex Business and General Repair and circuits and was responsible for making sure the all equipment was working properly by following up with each customer. In my position with Tmobile I was handling 100 to 150 inbound customer calls per day assisting customers with billing issues, calling plans issuing credits, taking payments and troubleshooting their wireless phones.
