I was group leader of a final finish department, which I had the resposibility of leading a group of 10+ people and was in charge of getting a satisfactory product out the door.I was also swing person, in which I had to fill in any areas that were missing people,or anything that needed repaired in the shop, I also was a final inspector, I made sure all the trailers going out were up to code and working properly.
