Highlights:
*Led the $1 million total reconfiguration and build-out of HSBC’s Payroll department; managed a cross-functional project team, including professionals, trades, installers and technical staff; coordinated with IT and Security to ensure security and network specifications were met; completed project within allotted timeframe and budget. *Hand-selected by management to develop and implement the corporate Real Estate department’s Y2K preparedness program for the corporations property portfolio nationwide, including confirmation of equipment viability at the time of roll-over and emergency planning; awarded executive recognition and restricted stock certificates for the departments successful transition. *Coordinated installation of new UPS system for buildings 1 and 2.
In charge of day-to-day facility needs for the Wood Dale campus, an extensive site incorporating four buildings totaling 250,000 square feet and servicing six business units with 1,500+ employees, as well as an on-site daycare center servicing 100 children. Negotiated contracts, procured and maintained furniture and fixtures and formulated and implemented space planning initiatives. Developed and administered a $5 million operating budget; managed five on-site contract stationary engineers, as well as outsourced cafeteria and janitorial staff; led project-specific teams of between seven and 30.
