Monitor progress of testing, and make necessary changes to test plans to ensure quality results and meet scheduled dates.
Keep project manager and QA manager informed of problems and issues and offer solutions to these problems and issues.
Work with project team to determine full extent of ramifications to current and existing test plans due to changes to function specifications.
Develop and present information to QA on areas of expertise.

I was able to meet with the business users to get an understanding of what changes they wanted to make to the systems and then was able to test and deliver a better product for them and to also train them on what changes were made to the systems, so they could have a good comfort level when it went live into the production environment.
