As one person not so delicately said about me that I took as a compliment (whether it was meant as one or not), I’m naturally caffeinated. Although I live in Los Angeles, I feel more at home during my weekend getaways. It's not uncommon for me to take a weekend road trip & have only a vague idea of what I might be seeing. I love trying new things & sometimes use the newly created marketing term Tryism in describing myself. As everyone has, I’ve endured hardships in my life. The difference is that these experiences have taught me life lessons that cannot be taught in any school. I believe I couldn’t be as humorous, perceptive, hard working, kind or as ambitious as I am without them. I spend Monday through Friday actively researching the latest news on careers, education and business trends that also include technology. Much to the dismay, humorously and as a great oddly enough bit of conversion, I dive into news both online and off. I’ve developed the inability of passing a newsstand without stopping to read the headlines. In addition, every time I show up early to meet with anyone, I’m normally found reading some current event or interesting article. I do love my work and I have no idea how I managed to live without it prior to now. I conduct in-depth research finding current news events, trade shows, trends, new developments, associations and unions and career opportunities. I’m now preparing to take my research to the next level with in person interviews that will utilize video interviews.
