I love to cook and create, my strong suite is soups and stocks and also being able to run a busy line. I can multi task and handle any type of problems or challenges that arise in a kitchen. I feel I have good management skills.

Highlights:

Worked at the Ritz Carlton in Phoenix, also the Phoenix Sharaton Hotel, and I had the chance to work the F.B.R. Open otherwise known as the Phoenix Open.
