Worth, Texas Aeronautical Engineer Sr. Responsible for Engineering modifications to the Fuel, Hydraulic, and Environmental Control Systems while ships are on their way to and thru final assembly. Task also include design, layout, and release drawing task for the most current customer specific configuration and or modifications. 6/00 - 8/00 LOCKHEED MARTIN TACTICAL AVIATION SYSTEMS, T50 program, Sachon, S. Korea Contract Engineer Responsible for consulting and assisting foreign customer Hydraulic systems design, and drawing release task. 10/95 - 6/00 & 8/00 – 11/04 LOCKHEED MARTIN TACTICAL AVIATION SYSTEMS, F-16 program, Ft. Worth, Texas Contract Engineer & later Aeronautical Engineer Sr. Responsible for Engineering modifications to the Fuel, Hydraulic, and Environmental Control Systems while ships were on their way to and thru final assembly. Task also included design, layout, and release drawing task for the most current F-16's long-range fuel system configuration. 06/94 - 06/95 GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE, Savannah, Georgia Systems Designer Responsibilities included design and develop the Environmental Control Systems configuration for the GV corporate jet. Task also included coordinating, and implementing any configuration modifications to the ECS systems. The responsibilities also included some Structural, Equipment rack, and bracketry redesign. Incorporating knowledge of Rotomolded plastics, Composite and Injection molded parts were developed using Advanced Surfacing techniques on CATIA V3 and V4. 01/93 - 06/94 BOEING COMMERCIAL AIR GROUP, 777 Division, Everett, Washington Airplane Integrator Project Coordinator with the Airplane Integration group in charge of domestic and abroad companies 777 configuration. Airplane integration's prime function was to oversee the entire 777 engineering community to make sure all disciple's release product was designed, according to fit, functionality, and overall producibility. In the case that there were some discrepancies, the action to fix said problems were mine to notify, hold the engineering release date, and monitor until rectified. Experience required the use of CATIA V3 and FLYTHRU as well as BETA testing of CATIA V4. 01/91 - 01/93 BOEING COMMERCIAL AIR GROUP, 777 Division, Seattle, Washington Systems Designer Designed, developed, and laid out ECS's entire Gasper system as well as parts of the Lavatory Ventilation system. Developed the layout for the Advance Surfaced parts using Rotomold and Injection molding design constraints. Detailed brackets for those and various other disciplines.
