I love working with people in crisis situations. I have trained in crisis intervention and feel I am very good at de-escalating situations. I have worked with law enforment agencies as a gang interventionist for a number of years with a program I wrote. I have been recognized with many awards for my programs, as well as my volunteer work. I have my certification in police instruction and love public speaking and teaching. I am very skilled at developing lesson plans. My passion is victim support or crisis intervention.
