My previous position as a pharmacy technician wasn't just about filling prescriptions and ringing people up. I went beyond my duties to help clients in our retail store, and helped them in any way possible. I'd get out from behind the counter and tell an elderly patient that I would bring her medicine out to her so she didn't have to wait in drive through or get out of her car. I'd fill her prescritions in less than ten minutes. People value a good 'bed side manor' as well as compassion and taking time and consideration for their individual needs. I received many great reviews from customers to the owners of the place I was employed,even on my very first day!
