My team was the newest of 5 and they went to the top within 6 months. Taking challenging team members and coach them, work side by side with them. In my current position I lead 22 engaged associates in a pharmaceutical call center for pre-authorizations on medicines. I have also lead two teams in the medical management field where we pre-authorized for medical imaging. In my current role leading I have taken some leadership classes to help engage my team and want them to do their best. I have proof in the pudding sort of say by being the highest team of call center dept expectations with a overall quality score of 98%. We are responsible for first call resolution and keeping the customer at the top. I collect at the stats for my team, interview, hire, attend daily meetings, keep up to date on changing medicines such as step therapy drugs, B vs D, and the maximum daily limits.
