* GSA Fleet manager of 320 vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, fuel consumption, mileage reporting, damage liability audits, custody of fuel cards, EZ pass transponders * Physical Security Manager in charge of vault combinations, access codes to high security areas, and keys to all Base facilities, warehouses, and fenced areas * Prepared and executed an annual spending budget of over $56 Million dollars through government contracts and local purchase orders * Select for hire, train, mentor, develop, supervise, nominate for award, and evaluate 15 department managers within the logistics directorate * Provide monthly reports to NGB on the status of acquisitions, funds availability, logistical support capabilities, and inspections results Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and various Intranet programs designed for Logistics Operations (PBUSE, GCSS-Army, SAMMS-E, TAMIS, FMSA-LOG) * Trained in Fiscal Law, Workplace Ethics, and Sexual Harassment/Sexual Assault Prevention (SHARP), yearly requirement * Coordinate and implement CIF/ISM warehouse NJARNG * Arms Room/Weapons and IDS Custodian * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the logistical support required for Stateside and mobilization operations one year in advance
