I understand the reason why I have experienced success during my years at Verizon. Always being open, straight forward and honest with my supervisors and people I have supervised. Making sure I am totally aware of the policies and procedures of the company I work for. Always keeping myself and co-workers focused on being positive. Most important to me is maintaining what I refer to as the three (3) E's. In my opinion, this strategy will always result in individual /team and company success. All the "E's" are important with the last E being of most importance. My three E's for myself and each team I have supervised are Energy, Effort and Execution.
