I have been in the Customer Service Field for 20+ years. I have ventured out and tried other avenues, and discovered that Customer Service is definitely what I truly enjoy doing. I love to provide Customer Service, and to provide the best experience with the company. My years of personal experiences have me realize, that I like to make a call or receive a call more worthwhile for the customer. My purpose is, to make what can be a boring or tedious task to be a better experience. With me providing the Customer with excellent service, I make a happy and loyal customer. I am goal-oriented, with strong typing, and computer skills. I work well with others, and I have years of experience working in the medical field, gaining years of experience with booking appointments, taking high volume calls, verifying insurance and doing preauthorization's. As well as, taking payments, and building rapport with customers, along with establishing a good relationship with customers. I am good at multi-tasking, and in needed situations have empathy with customers. I am a good listener, and I am very passionate about things that I care about. And when problems arise, I am willing to stick with it and do whatever it takes to make things right, no matter how long it takes.
