I am a detail-oriented crew leader with a wide range of skills and knowledge. These range from interpreting orders, delegating workloads to performing the work myself. I will not ever ask someone to perform a task I personally wouldn't do. Having a great work ethic and showing that you personally are professionally responsible, motivates and creates respect among crew members. If the crew is happy the production greatly increases as I'm sure everyone can attest to. Having worked with positive and negative people in a lot of different profession areas I have seen this happen. Most of my career I have spent trying to learning every aspect of the construction process so I have jumped around in the industry, everything from carpentry, handyman, roofing, framing, to heavy civil and concrete. This has allowed me to gather the knowledge to manage many different types of crews and projects. I have a lot of knowledge and experience to share and I enjoy learning what I lack in knowledge. That is my favorite part of construction, there is always something new to learn, place to see and people to meet.
