Constant refining of my Art of Teaching is paramount because I must anticipate the change in students' dynamics to seize teaching and learning opportunities. I now extend beyond my teaching style in a Business Administration Curriculum through cyberspace and Social Media as a Learning Tool. Subjects such as Success in Higher Education, Leadership Studies, Managerial Economics, and Money Banking are more straightforward for all students to master in my classes. My first curriculum development opportunity occurred in the Spring of 2014 after completing an academic achievement course and a subsequent update to the in-house textbook. The study was pivotal toward helping more students become teacher-aids increasing peer-supported instruction through a Social Media integration in my classes that improve students' creativity in their assigned tasks. Adding a feedback module through social media was paramount and led to a greater understanding of subsequent classroom instruction. Students began earning higher performance homework points and final grades. During the Fall of 2019, I incorporated Social Media as a Learning Tool into my student supported teaching and class management modules, which was received well by students and a prelude to developing an academically strong Oral English online course during Spring 2020. I am thankful to the College of International Business Educational Management Team for their positive evaluations of my work, leading to monetary and recognition awards for excellence in teaching. More importantly, working together increase students' collaboration, tutoring, and teaching mentorships that will stay with every student beyond graduation.
