* Broad legal background spanning government (local, state and federal), contracts, construction, procurement, commercial, IT (software licensing), environmental, real estate, land use/zoning, corporate, employment, and civil rights law * Many years of directly handling and managing a wide range of novel, complex disputes, either through litigation, mediation, or arbitration * Many years of diverse transactional experience including the review, drafting, interpretation, and negotiation of all types of agreements of varying complexity (including non-disclosure agreements, software licensing agreements, joint ventures, construction contracts, etc.), real estate documentation, corporate governance documents, business organization documents, etc. * Oversaw and managed the planning, design and development of an effective compliance/ethics program for the principal operating company (almost $1 billion in revenues) of a global engineering firm
