I have over 35 years of construction experience including 25 years of Q/A inspections on major public works and transportation projects for various construction management firms and public agencies. My experience includes several projects built to Caltrans specifications. My background includes inspecting the civil and structural elements of complex heavy highway interchange projects, sound walls, and retaining walls, all aspects of roadway work.
