* Over twenty years of combination experience as a Resident Manager/Superintendent of luxury buildings/complexes. Excellent work history as regards to work ethic, dependability and willingness to go the extra mile. * Detail-oriented multi-tasker with strong management skills. * Manage day to day operations of property while emphasizing a positive response to concerns of residents and staff. Hire, train, motivate and evaluate staff work performance. * Ensure that property passes all surveys, audits, reviews and inspections. * Exceptionally broad range of maintenance and repair works skills. Overseeing all maintenance of building, obtaining quotes from outside vendors, scheduling and coordinating work. Review all work after completion. * Negotiate all service contracts, including bidding, awarding and managing building contracts. Ensuring all suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations.
