Description
Leading the Retail Operations team to achieve business objectives by prioritizing retail store projects within Store Systems, Communications and New Stores team to ensure effective communication, implementation and execution of all store operations functions for 1300+ retail stores in the US and Canada. Development of an effective multi channel (8 brands) retail field communication strategy and calendar. Coordination, implementation, support and enhancement of retail store systems across all brand channels through development and continuous improvement of operating procedures. Promoted (3) Specialists into Manager level roles in the Corporate office over the 18 months. Assigned as a Mentor for (2) Accelerated Career Track participants and (3) Business Interns. I teach people to create “win-win” relationships, collaborate to establish joint goals across teams to leverage collective talent and share strategies to enhance productivity and team morale.
