Development of an effective multi channel (8 brands) retail field communication strategy and calendar. Coordination, implementation, support and enhancement of retail store systems across all brand channels through development and continuous improvement of operating procedures. Promoted (3) Specialists into Manager level roles in the Corporate office over the 18 months. Assigned as a Mentor for (2) Accelerated Career Track participants and (3) Business Interns.
