My Telecommunications experience has included a variety of responsibilities with Central Office and Cell Site Installation, Integration and Operations at locations throughout the United States and Canada. Major areas of Management responsibility include personnel selection and training, training program development, quality control processes, departmental budget, shift staffing including 7 X 24 operation, fleet management, and project management. I have personally provided technical support to my staff in the areas of wireless communications, AC and DC power systems, environmental control, synchronous (SONET) and asynchronous fiber optic networks, digital cross connects, digital and analog multiplexing, ATM, packet switch networks, and 4G LTE. As a major part of their regular responsibilities my teams have provided emergency response to critical equipment and facility failures. Throughout my career in Telecommunications I have worked directly with factory reps to develop and improve upon the latest and the best equipment in the industry. My legacy is that of a perceptive and creative problem solver. I realize success through participation as both a team leader and a team member.
