Knowledgeable regarding all facets of commercial/industrial building construction, including, general site-work, utilities, deep foundations including friction / end bearing piles, battered piles, sheet piles, dynamic compactions, site concrete work, structural / architectural concrete, mechanical installations, plumbing, electrical / controls, commissioning, and scheduling. The spectrum of projects involved in include hospital / medical clinics, jails, prison, commercial office high-rise, controlled building implosions, paper plant, rail road terminal, food processing facilities, apartment complexes, educational facilities, space payload processing facility, numerous security facilities abroad, numerous U.S. Embassies abroad, and complete remodeling of commercial structures. Able to solve problems and make effective decisions based upon the Clients requirements, analysis, and good judgment to compress given schedules successfully. Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others to be productive and efficient, excellent interpersonal skills with peers, subordinates, subcontractors, and management.
