Description
For 29 years I have been in the construction industry. Over the years I improved my skills to proceed and complete many projects within the construction field. I have knowledge in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and many other construction trades. This has given me the experience and talents to diagnose and evaluate situations for immediate resolution for correcting/completing plans. With all my experience I have gained the aptitude to develop scopes of work, understand blue prints and construction specification too conduct material take offs for actuate cost estimation of projects. Project management of interdepartmental meetings to include clients and architects with weekly reporting to supervisors on project progress. Supervision of work force from 5 to 25 personnel for completion of major projects that includes new construction and renovation. I have worked with subcontractor in negation of contracts, invoice processing and scheduling. I have experience in budget preparation, expense control and monitoring for individual projects and department needs.
