Supervisory experience. Fifteen years of experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of central building heating and air-condition systems, team reducing stations, air handling units, heat pumps, fans and other related equipment. Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting repair and maintenance. Highly proficient in reading blue prints, and shop manuals. Ability to use instruments to measure temperature, humidity, pressure air flow, electrical current and voltage, water and oil acidity. Excellent skills in the ability to use all hand portable electric, bench-mounted power and soldering tools and equipment. Skilled in the installation of refrigerator and charge of different types of refrigerants (22, 134, 404, 409, 502), ductwork, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and steam fitting maintenance techniques. Experience in rising and lower temperature adjustment set points, troubleshooting sensors, and monitoring the operation of chillers and boilers. Equipment troubleshooting experience. Highly regarded for ability to handle difficult assignments. Ability to work with limited communication and minimal supervision where lateral thinking and self-reliance are required. Willing takes on new and challenging assignments. Demonstrates initiative in servicing customers and maintaining positive customer relations. Great communication skills.
