My name is Luis Maria Nicomedes Antelo, I was born and raised in Argentina. Grew up surrounded by the artistic influence of my grand mothers's family genes. At a young age i felt the love of cooking as the way to express my self. AT 18, I moved to Switzerland pursuing my dream. I would became part of the hospitality industry force. An unforgettable experience. i spent 3 years with students from 20 different countries. As part of my training I was luckily accepted at Grand Quellenhof Hotel, A group of 2 five star hotels, a world class hot springs spa, situated in the Swiss mountains surrounded by 18 holes golf courts and magnificent vineyards. where I spent 2 years training. A couples of years later I would get involved with the opening of Conrad Resort and Casino, Punta del Este, Uruguay, or also known as South American paradise, right there i got the chance to work with world class chefs, former Food and beverage for Disney, giving me a great recommendation letter, highest standards of service, being in charge of the food & beverage at the VIP room of the casino was a bless! It has been 18 years since I arrived to Seattle, I have been a chef in several restaurants, I still fill the passion for food and cooking (i grow a lot of what I eat) As a restaurant Genera Manager I have created relationships with people all around, success showing them that you are there are for them because that is what your love doing and you will do all the best you can, for them to have a wonderful time. Extremely successful creating great experiences! I have created a great line of Gluten Free fresh pastas and helped to create many GF baking items that todays sells every where around the country and even though i left the company in the worst unfair situation, but, i beat that anger with the satisfaction that many people that need the product i created can enjoy it. After that again, showing how much i care i started running Orfeo and later chosen to Open Zane and Wylie's Steakhouse as General Manager, these two wonderful restaurants owned by a power couple, a very influential female restauranteur (Terresa Davis) a Seattle area lawyer and accountant, together with her husband and culinary Master, three times semi finalist James Beard Awards, Chef Kevin Davis. Again, I proved my self that with hard work and dedication everything is possible. I have created at Zane and Wylie's a great drink menu utilizing mu knowledge creating aline of home-made liquors, bitters and infusions. At both restaurants, i demonstrated a very successful management style and creating a great base of followers,
