COVER LETTER: Dear First, On behalf of BIT Group USA, I am pleased to offer you the position of Electronics Technician reporting to John Frazier, manufacturing manager, BIT Group USA. Your work location is 15870 Bernardo Center Parkway, San Diego. Your first day of employment is March 23, 2020. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Your hourly rate is $27.00 per hour. You will be paid biweekly in accordance with BIT Group's usual payroll practies. All compenstain shall be subject to customary witholding taxes and other employmetn tases and deductions as required by law. You will be eligible to receive an annual bonus of up to ten percent (10%) of you annualized base salary. This bonus, if any, will be based on the BIT Group company metrics and your performance, and is subject to the terms and conditions as the Company may decide. His bonus will be pro-rated for your partial year of employment in 2020 Your first 90 days of employment are considered an introductory period. The 90-day period provides the Company an opportunity to observe and evaluate the capacity of the employee and determine if he or she possesses the skills and other qualifications to succeed. The employee uses the period to evaluate if he or she is a good match for the position and company. During this period, the Company may terminate employment immediately, with or without cause and with or without notice. Likewise, the employee may also terminate his or her employment with the Company at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause. This 90-day period is not a term of employment and is not intended, nor does it, impact the at will nature of the relationship between the Company and the employee. Your compensation package includes the following (these details are for information purposes and are subject to any policy or plan changes): You are eligible for health, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits and participation in flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms, on your start date. You are eligible to participate in the company's 401 (k) plan with company Safe Harbor match of 5%, subject to plan terms, on your start date. You are eligible for sick time (3 days annually) and vacation time (15 days annually), which is earned, accrued, and used in accordance with the policies outlined in BIT Group's Employee Handbook, a copy of which will be made available to you. Failure to provide appropriate documentation within three days of hire will result in immediate termination of employment in accordance with the terms of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
